Customer Service Ambassador

Responsibilities:

-        Handle incoming phone calls and general administrative duty at our showroom

-        Greet customers and manage the reception counter in a professional manner

-        Assist in answering incoming phone calls and appointment arrangement

-        Provide clerical support to branch operations

Requirements

-        Diploma or above

-        Excellent customer service skills with at least 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred

-        Good knowledge in PC applications

-        Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

-        Detail-minded, proactive and high accuracy of work 

-        Good command of spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

-        Strong interest in developing career at the Motors industry

-        Require to work on Saturday and Sunday on a 5-days week pattern
